I also tried the same think with ICICI and guess what answer i got. They said what is this, first go and buy dollars from an exchanger and than send it to USA. They were asking me crap things what will you do with this money, is this legal and do you know how can we bank wire. I mean why are they sitting there if they know nothing about Bank Wire or other Banking functions.
